Shipping & returns

Shipping

Orders placed on working days before 12 noon will be sent with DHL GoGreen on the same day. We ship to the following countries: Belgium, Germany, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, Austria.

We deliver free of charge within Germany, for all other mentioned countries we charge additional shipping costs of EUR 10.00.

Taxes and customs

Unfortunately, we cannot cover for taxes, customs and handling fees in the recipient country in the course of shipping. Those feed need to be covered by the recipient and is due in the recipient country.

Returns

You are not satisfied with the item you ordered, or you picked the wrong size? No problem, you can send it back to us within 14 days after you received the order (see §6 Right of withdrawal in GTC). Please note that we only accept unworn, unwashed and clean goods as returns, ideally still with hangtag. If the goods are damaged, spoiled or washed, we are not obliged to take them back and reimburse them.

Handling of returns (within Germany)

We take over the costs of returns within Germany.

1. Send an email to moefe@moefe.de or use the contact form with the following information:

– Subject: RETURN

– Order number: (*)

– First and last name

– Reason for return:

  • Wrong size
  • Colour not as expected
  • Material not as expected
  • Fit
  • Other: (*)

2. Our shipping box is equipped with an additional adhesive strip, so you can easily use it for the return.
3. Follow the link below to generate a return label with DHL.

4. Seal and seal the package with the DHL return label and hand it over to DHL.
5. Once the goods have been received, checked and accepted, the purchase price will be credited to you within a few days.

2. Our shipping box is equipped with an additional adhesive strip, so you can easily use it for the return.

3. Unfortunately in this case you have to bear the return shipping costs yourself. We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and insurance from your chosen service provider so that the return can be processed safely.

4. As soon as the goods have been received, checked and accepted, the purchase price will be credited to you within a few days.
